We have increased the frequency of server backups for added protection of customer data. Backups of all Shared and Reseller hosting accounts are now taken daily instead of weekly.
All of our servers are backed up daily and are stored off site for maximum data protection. Account backup is a free service offered to all our customers which is automatically enabled by default. However if you would prefer us not to backup your account please let us know.
We always recommend taking your own backup too. You can download a full account backup from within cPanel.
